Worth the investment
Having tried all the free Bible apps and having purchased several of the highly-rated ones. I have settled on Desktop Bible as my primary for the following reasons:
1. It loads quickly and returns to where it was when last used.
2. Simple, clean “look” relative to most others.
3. Rapid return of results when searching.
4. Search results are more thorough than in most other Bible Apps.
Hoped-for changes:
• Ability to modify the font the Biblical text is shown in, to one’s preference.
• Ability to highlight part of a verse only.
• Option to auto-arrange books in chronological order.
• Journal-entries retaining date originally created rather than auto-changing to date last modified (or option to choose)
• Concordance
* Option to close the LH window with list of Books.
